Your first report, in order.

Drafts are free. A report only counts against the trial when you publish it or make the PDF.

01 Name the job A project is one site visit. Give it a name, then start a blank report. The customer and address can come now or later. The report lives inside the project. ~1 min 02 Add your photos Upload from the phone or pull from CompanyCam. JPG, PNG or WEBP. Drop them into the Before and After section and pair each before shot with its after shot. ~3 min 03 Build the report Cover, service summary, before and after pairs, recommendations. Write two sentences in the summary, place your photos, and add a Compliance Report block for anything you could not fix. ~4 min 04 Publish One button. The PDF renders on its own, then the certificate of service and the 3x5 sticker follow. This is the moment that uses one of your three trial reports. ~1 min 05 Hand it off Download the PDF, or copy a signed Vault link the customer can open without a login. Email from inside the app is on Pro and Business. ~1 min
