Photos are the report. A report with none publishes as a cover and a summary, which is not what the customer is paying for. There are three ways in, and all three land in the same two places: the section you are editing, and the workspace library.

Steps

  1. In the builder, click the Before & After section. The right panel shows that section's photos, empty for now.
  2. Choose Upload and pick the shots from your phone or computer. JPG, PNG or WEBP.
  3. Pair them: for each hood, pick the before shot and the after shot. Pairs print side by side on the PDF.
  4. Add a one-line caption under any photo that needs one, such as which hood or fan it shows.

Good to know

  • iPhones shoot HEIC by default, and HEIC is not accepted. In iOS Settings open Camera, then Formats, and choose Most Compatible so new photos save as JPG. Photos you already took can be converted before uploading.
  • Already uploaded a photo for this site? Choose Pick from library instead of uploading it again.
  • Photos imported from CompanyCam keep their tags and timestamps.
  • Photos in the sidebar is the whole library, filterable by client, location, project and tag.
