1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number (if provided).

Report data

When you use the Service to generate reports, we collect the data you enter, including: photos you upload, form field entries (equipment details, measurements, cleaning results, technician names), digital signatures, and any notes or comments you add.

If your photos contain metadata (GPS coordinates, timestamps, device information), we may extract and include that information in your reports as part of the Service functionality.

Payment information

Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We may receive limited payment information from our processors, such as the last four digits of your card and billing address, for record-keeping purposes.

Usage data

We automatically collect technical data when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

• Improve the Service based on usage patterns and feedback
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

We do not use your report data or photos for any purpose other than providing the Service to you, unless you give us explicit consent.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use third-party providers for hosting (Cloudflare), payment processing, and email delivery. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, users, or others.
• Business transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare and other cloud service providers. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and report data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation or as required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
