Client Report Vault
Give the restaurant GM, owner, property team, or AHJ a durable report handoff. The recipient opens a signed link, reviews current and past records, sees the next service date, and downloads the PDF without creating another account.

The customer problem
A PDF is useful on delivery day. A Vault link stays useful when a fire marshal asks six months later, a restaurant manager changes, an insurer requests prior work, or the office needs to confirm the next service recommendation.
The customer opens the signed link directly. Your reporting workflow does not create another password or portal invitation for the GM.
Keep past inspection and post-clean records tied to the client location so recipients can retrieve the right service visit later.
Carry the recorded interval and next recommended date into the handoff instead of leaving it in a separate scheduling email.
Recipients can download and forward the branded report when a customer, owner, insurer, or authority needs a file copy.
Link controls
Each Vault link is signed. The contractor can set an expiry or revoke access when a recipient changes. The link identifies the allowed customer record without exposing a public, indexable report URL.
Vault and share routes are blocked from search crawling and return noindex directives. That keeps customer-facing records out of the marketing sitemap and search results.
