Affiliate Program Terms
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the HoodCleaningReport affiliate program. The program is operated by Lead Catalyst Tech LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to, joining, or promoting the program, you agree to these terms and the HoodCleaningReport Terms of Service.
1. Enrollment and program access
You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain a valid affiliate account through our designated affiliate platform. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an application or participation at our reasonable discretion, including for violations of these terms, fraud, misleading promotion, or conduct harmful to the program or brand.
2. Referral tracking and attribution
Affiliates receive a unique tracked link. A referral is eligible only when our tracking system attributes the customer to that link under the program’s then-current attribution rules. The standard referral cookie lasts 30 days. We do not guarantee attribution where tracking is blocked, removed, overwritten, unavailable, or affected by fraud, customer action, or technical limitations.
3. Commission
Approved affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on qualifying paid HoodCleaningReport subscriptions attributed to their referral link. “Recurring” means that commission may continue for the lifetime of the referred customer relationship while the subscription remains active, paid, properly attributed, and otherwise eligible.
Commission is not earned on taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or transactions we reasonably determine are ineligible. We may reverse or withhold related commission when a qualifying transaction is refunded, charged back, disputed, or found to violate these terms.
4. Approval and payout
Commission is subject to a 30-day approval hold. Approved balances are paid monthly through PayPal after the affiliate reaches the $50 payment threshold. You are responsible for keeping your payout information accurate and for all taxes, reporting, fees, and legal obligations related to your earnings. We may defer payment where required to investigate fraud, disputes, or compliance concerns.
5. Approved promotion
You may promote HoodCleaningReport through websites, social media, email, mobile traffic, search marketing, and organic search, provided that your promotion is truthful, lawful, and consistent with these terms. You may use the current approved brand information and product descriptions supplied in the partner resources.
6. Prohibited promotion
You may not bid on HoodCleaningReport branded terms, rebroker the program, offer cash or other incentives for clicks or conversions, use unapproved coupons, create misleading domains or impersonate the Company, send unlawful spam, use deceptive or fraudulent methods, or make claims that cannot be substantiated.
In particular, you may not state or imply that HoodCleaningReport guarantees NFPA 96 or ANSI/IKECA C10 compliance, AHJ acceptance, inspection outcomes, cost savings, or any performance result. The Service supports documentation; it does not certify compliance.
7. Disclosures and legal compliance
You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with HoodCleaningReport whenever you make an endorsement or recommendation. Place the disclosure with the endorsement itself in clear language, such as “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” You are responsible for complying with all advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your promotion.
8. Brand and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HoodCleaningReport names and approved assets solely to promote the program in accordance with these terms. You may not modify the brand in a misleading way, register confusingly similar names or domains, or use Company materials outside this limited purpose. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.
9. Program changes and termination
We may modify the program, commission structure, payout methods, eligibility requirements, or these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes apply prospectively unless required to address fraud, legal compliance, or abuse. Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using program links and brand assets. Approved commissions earned before termination remain payable only if they satisfy these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The affiliate program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost data, or tracking failures. Our total liability relating to the program will not exceed the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Questions about the program or these terms can be sent to viraj@hoodcleaningreport.com.
