If your crew already shoots in CompanyCam, connect it once and pull photos straight into a report, with their tags and timestamps, instead of downloading and re-uploading.

Connect

  1. Open Integrations in the sidebar (owners and admins see it) and choose Connect CompanyCam.
  2. CompanyCam asks you to authorize HoodCleaningReport. Approve, and you come back with the connection live.

Import into a report

  1. In the builder, click a section. Beside Upload and Library there is now a CompanyCam button.
  2. Pick the CompanyCam project, then the photos you want, with an optional caption on each.
  3. The import runs in the background. The photos appear in that section within a minute.

In the app Report builder section CompanyCam pick project pick photos

Good to know

  • You can also import onto a project from its photos tab before any report exists, then pick from the library when you build.
  • CompanyCam tags come along and become tags here.
  • A photo deleted in CompanyCam after import shows greyed out here, so you know the source is gone.
  • Disconnecting under Integrations keeps every photo already imported.
