When the trial ends

The trial ends when you publish your third report or three days after signup, whichever comes first. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. The app tells you at the top of every page, and it keeps working for everything except making new output.

What you keep

• Every draft, project, client, location and photo. Open them, read them, keep editing drafts.
• Every PDF, certificate and sticker you already made. Download them as often as you like.
• Share links you already sent. They keep working until they expire or you revoke them.
• Your team, your logo and your settings.

What needs a plan

• Starting a new report.
• Publishing a draft, or making its PDF.
• Generating a new Document Vault share link.

Try any of these and the app shows the same message: your trial has ended, pick a plan. Your draft is saved where you left it.

Picking a plan

1. Open Billing. Admins can see it; only the workspace owner can pick a plan.
2. Choose Standard, Pro or Business, monthly or yearly. Checkout opens in a secure window and access resumes as soon as payment clears.
3. Come back to the draft you were on and publish it. It counts against the plan's monthly reports, not the trial.

Which one

Under 20 reports a month and you send PDFs yourself: Standard. You want the app to email reports and to see when the customer opened them: Pro. Two crews or more, or you do not want to count: Business. Change plans any time from Billing. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated; downgrades wait for the end of the period.

Good to know

• Credit packs are extra reports that never expire, for Standard and Pro subscribers. They do not extend the trial.
• Cancelling later stops renewal at the end of the period. Nothing is charged automatically after that.
