Your logo prints on the cover of every PDF, on every plan including the trial. Upload it once under Brand settings and forget about it.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Brand.
  2. Upload the logo as PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP. A wide version with a transparent background prints best.
  3. Make the next PDF. Reports you already rendered keep the logo they were made with until you regenerate them.

What else the Brand page holds

Display name, tagline, service area and website, which print with the logo. Primary and secondary colors and the PDF font. A cover background. The page previews the PDF cover and the recipient share page as you change them.

Per-client branding

On Pro and Business, the share page a customer opens can carry their branding instead of yours, which property managers who forward reports to their own tenants tend to want. It is set per client.
