A project is one site visit: the customer, the address, the date you were there. The report you write lives inside it, and so do the photos. You do not need the customer or the address to start. Both can be attached later and the report still publishes.

Steps

  1. After signup you land on Your first report. Type a name for the job. The customer's name or the street address both work. Choose Create.
  2. The page becomes the report form with your new project selected. Pick the Service date and leave Report type on Post-clean report.
  3. Choose Start a blank report. The builder opens with the Post Clean layout already in place: cover, service summary, a before and after section, recommendations.

Good to know

  • Generate AI report is on paid plans. On the trial, start blank and place your photos yourself. It takes a few minutes and the PDF is the same.
  • The company name you typed at signup prints on every PDF. If you signed up with Google, the workspace is named after you until you change it under Settings.
  • Every report you start is listed under Reports, and again inside its project under Projects. Same report, two doors.
  • Second job at the same kitchen? Make a new project for that visit. One project per visit keeps the service history readable.
02 Next: Add photos Upload from the phone, pick from the library, or import from CompanyCam. Before and after pairs. The 30-photo trial limit.
