Plans and the trial

Three reports or three days, no card. What the trial includes, what counts as a report, and what each plan adds.

Free trial: 3 reports or 3 days. No card required.

Guide 11 of 12 ~2 min Reviewed September 4, 2026

The trial is three published reports or three days from signup, whichever comes first. No card. It is meant to get one real job through the whole path: photos in, PDF out, sent to the customer.

What the trial includes

  • The block builder and the Post Clean report layout.
  • Thirty photos across the workspace.
  • The PDF, the certificate of service and the service sticker for each published report.
  • Document Vault share links while the trial is active.
  • CompanyCam import.
  • Your logo on the PDF.
  • Up to ten team seats.

What it does not include

  • AI drafting. On the trial you build the report by hand. On paid plans AI can draft the summary, scope and deficiencies from the photos for you to review.
  • Email from the app. Standard downloads the PDF and sends it; Pro and Business email from inside the app.

What counts as a report

A report is counted the first time it is published or makes a PDF, whichever happens first, and only once. Drafts, edits, photos, projects and clients are free. Regenerating the PDF of a report that already counted does not count again.
