Three ways to hand off a published report. Download the PDF and send it however you already do. Generate a signed Document Vault link the customer opens in a browser with no login. Or, on Pro and Business, email it from inside the app with the PDF attached.

Vault link

  1. On the report page, open Document Vault (the link icon in the header). Only published reports can be shared.
  2. Choose Generate share link, then Copy. Paste it into a text or an email.
  3. The customer opens a branded page with the PDF. No account needed. Revoke the link any time and generate a replacement.

Email from the app

On Pro and Business, Share holds Email to client, which sends the PDF to the contact on the client record, and Email to multiple recipients for the GM, the owner and the inspector at once. Standard and trial workspaces download the PDF and send it themselves.

Good to know

  • Pro and Business log opens and downloads made through the share page, with time, country, and device.
  • The share page carries your logo. Pro and Business can brand it per client.
